Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Cooking oil to fry

For Kadhi:
Gram flour (besan)- 2 tbsp
Curd - 3 to 4 tbsp
Water - 2.5 cups
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli -1
Green chilli -1
Garlic chopped- 1 tsp (optional)
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
