• Ingredients: # 6 inch
• Ingredients: # 6 inch oil-free yogurt cake
Eggs 4(cold ones in fridge), 0:30,
Condensed Yogurt 200 grams 0:42,
Salt 1 gram 0:52,
Low-protein flour 60 grams 1:00,
White granular sugar(add in egg white) 50 grams,1:21,
A few drops of white vinegar/lemon juice/a little cream of tartar(to add in egg white)1:24,
• Baking temperture: preheat the oven for 10 mins to upper heat and bottom heat 110 degrees. (Put the mould in oven as soon as we add the ingredients in mould), After finish preheating the oven, put a tray of warm water in oven and put a baking grill in it. Bake it for 70 mins in low layer of oven. Then change the upper heat to 150 degrees and bake it for 10 mins to color the cake. Then take it out and shake it lightly on desk to demould it.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
