Looking for a low-impact workout that still packs a punch? This 10-minute glute and quad challenge is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to tone their lower body without the high impact.

The workout includes 5 different lunge variations for a total of 100 reps!  Modify the pace and number of reps to fit your fitness level, but remember to challenge yourself!


Workout Details

20 Rep of  Standard lunges
20 Rep of Walking Lunges
20 Rep of Reverse Lunges
20 Rep of Curtsy lunges
20 Rep of Side Lunges

Rest for 30 sec and then repeat the workout 4 times 🔥
