All-around onion soup

[Ingredients]

All-around onion 45g / 1 block
Water 200ml / 1 cup
Salt 3g / 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 20g / 1/3 cup
Parsley powder 1 pinch
Pepper 1 pinch
Baguette 1 slice

* If the All-around onion is frozen, place outside and wait till soft.


[Directions]

1. Place 1 block of All-around onion, 1 cup of water, 1/2 tsp of salt in pot and cook for 1 minute until onion is ready.
2. Add in 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese and one pinch of pepper and mix.
3. Pair with 1 baguette slice and one pinch of parsley powder.
