Buko Pandan Ice Candy one
Buko Pandan Ice Candy one of the filipinos favorite dessert buko pandan flavor and ice candy combine in one. It is easy to make and can be a source of income at low capital. Everyone can do it at the comfort of their home.

Buko Pandan Ice Candy
Ingredient
1 pack (25g) buko pandan gelatin powder
3 cups water (for making the gelatin or gulaman)
1big can (300ml) buko pandan condensed milk
1 small can (154ml) evaporated milk
3 cup coconut juice
1 cup coconut meat, shredded
½ cup sugar
2 cup water
Material
1 ½ x 10 ice candy bag
Funnel
Procedure
1. In a pan combine 1 pack buko pandan flavor gelatin powder in 3 cups of water. Mix until the gelatin is dissolved.
2. Turn on the heat and cook over medium heat. Keep stirring until it comes into a boil. Once it boils turn off the heat.
3. Pour buko pandan jelly into the molds. Let it cool to set.
4. Once it set and cools cut gelatin into small cubes. Set aside.
5. In a deep bowl combine buko juice, buko pandan flavor condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar and water. Mix until well combined.
6. Scoop 1 teaspoon each of buko pandan jelly and coconut meat into ice candy bag using a funnel. To help push through the jelly and coconut meat into the ice candy bag use a bamboo skewer.
7. Then pour about ¼ to 1/3 cup of the buko pandan mixture into the ice candy bag.
8. Twist remaining plastic until a bit firm. Then tie tightly. Repeat process until you finish all the buko pandan mixture.
9. Then freeze in the ref until frozen.
