In the first video, Whatcom County Sheriff's Deputies arrest a 23-year-old woman for expired registration and for driving past a "road closed' barricade.  She immediately admits to drinking and soon after stepping out the vehicle, she claims is she drunk and does not want to complete field sobriety tests.  She agrees to take a portable breath test and the result is 0.092% BAC.
In the second video, Whatcom County Sheriff's Deputies are called to a vehicle in a ditch.  The deputy suspects the 22-year-old woman is under the influence, but she denies consuming any alcohol.  She agrees to perform field sobriety tests.  However, she refused to submit to a voluntary portable breath test.  Nonetheless, she is arrested for DUI.   The police report indicates that once she arrives at the jail, she is afforded the opportunity to speak with an attorney.  After that phone call, she refuses to submit to an evidential breath test.
