Bodycam DUI Arrest - 26-Year-Old Laughs Hysterically When She Arrested for DUI

On December 10, 2023, North Olmsted Police Patrolman DiMatteo observed a vehicle impeding traffic, by driving slowly with its hazard lights flashing. The vehicle pulled over to the side of the road, and Patrolman DiMatteo pulled behind it. He made contact with the 26-year-old driver, who seemed to be disoriented. At first, it seemed like Patrolman DiMatteo was going to allow the woman to be picked up from the scene by a relative. But when she started getting an attitude, Patrolman DiMatteo subjected her to field sobriety tests and she was eventually arrested for DUI. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.268% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
