Materials;
500 grams of minced meat
1 finely chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic grated
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of mint
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
5 tablespoons of mineral water
1 tablespoon of oil
Half a packet of baking powder
To cook alongside; 5-6 tomatoes, 5-6 peppers
