A nice and puffy minced meat pastry recipe that you can add to your recipes.
How to Make Minced Meat Pastry
Materials;
For the dough
2 cups warm milk
1 finger missing oil from 1 glass of water
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 pack of yeast
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
6 cups flour
For Minced Meat Mixture;
1 onion
1 pinch of parsley
100 grams of minced meat
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of chili pepper
For the above
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
some cocoa
