That morning, I woke up early and ran really fast to Bac Lieu Offshore Wind Farm to watch the sunrise. Please notice that the farm is opened at 7 A.M, so I just stood on a bridge and watch it from a distance.
After that, I felt hungry so I went back to the city and ate at a very famous beef store. A bowl of vermicelli, hot spicy soup, satay sauce and basil leaves. This dish is a great choice for the early mornings. Especially, the beef here is very tasty, the beef slices are big, and have the special toughness. Its flavor becomes more special when eaten with the lemon chili salt of Bac Lieu.
After having breakfast, I visited the Prince of Bac Lieu House, I chose hot pot to eat for lunch. A small portion of salted-fish hot pot is 170.000vnd, includes 20 types of vegetable in Western Region. The hot pot is moreish, the greens are fresh and diversified.
Then I visited the old mango tree that is more than 300 years old, and headed to the sea to watch the sunset on the Bac Lieu Offshore Wind Farm.
That night, I also ate Vietnamese pancakes, duck curry and joined a worship with Chinese people in Bac Lieu. Don't forget to watch it.
