I'm bringing an upbeat cardio barre class from the barre studio directly to your home with this AT-HOME BARRE WORKOUT! Follow along as I guide you through this 20-minute workout made up of strengthening and sculpting barre exercises - all you need is a light set of dumbbells!

This toning + tightening barre workout targets the legs, core, and arm muscles. If you don't have dumbbells, just use your bodyweight! I promise, you'll still feel the burn!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the video above. We’ll flow from core to legs and upper body combined in my own personal style of larger, full range barre movements and quick cardio bursts to intensify the workout and get your heart rate up.
