**POTATO STICK:
- 500g Potato
(じゃがいも)
- Medium heat 15~20 minutes
(中火 15~20分)
- 100g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- 15g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
- Freeze 10 minutes
(冷凍 10分)
- High heat 5~7 minutes
(強火5~7分)
**GARLIC CHEESE SAUCE:
- 25g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 15g Garlic
(にんにく)
- 3g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- 100ml Milk
(牛乳)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
