To make plum cake:
Form diameter 24 cm
Butter at room temperature - 110 g
Sugar - 100-120 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 120 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Plum - 8-10 pcs.

For sprinkling:
Sugar - 2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp

1. Beat soft butter with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the rest of the ingredients and mix until completely homogeneous at low mixer speeds.
4. Cut the plums in half and remove the plum pits.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour.
6. Lay out the dough in an even layer. Place plum halves on top. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cake.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (360°F). Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
