Mura at Masarap na panghimagas
Mura at Masarap na panghimagas handog ng inyong #FeelingChef Channel
Ingredients
Mixture:
4.5cups of water
3large Eggs (Beaten)
1 sachet of MrGulaman yellow
1 can condense milk
1 cup powder milk ( BearBrand )
2TBSP of Vanilla extract
For caramel :
2 or 3 tbsp of sugar per molder
Procedure:
Prepare atleast 7/8 molder (llanera)
*Caramelized sugar in every molder (Same on video) and set aside
*Prepare All The Mixture ingredients
*Beat the eggs
*Mix gelatin powder into water gradually
*Add The Beaten Eggs
*Add The Condensed milk
*Add the PowderMilk and mix well
*Add Vanilla Extract
*Turn on the stove medium high
*Cook it for 10mins ( Keep Stirring the Mixture every 2mins)
*Pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the Mixture to the molder
*Let it cool
*Keep on the Chiller atleast 1hour or Overnight
*Serve it Chill
