From my trip I could not help but bring with me the lemons of the Sorrento coast and I could not make a dessert!
I love lemon desserts, the freshness they leave in the mouth, making them suitable at any time of the day, also excellent as a dessert!
The base is made with the MOUNTED SHORTBREAD I made some time ago, I really like it, both because it is easy to prepare and for its soft and melt-in-your-mouth consistency! Enriched with lots of fresh and delicious LEMON CREAM!
Ingredients:
For the Lemon Cream:
500 ml Milk
2 eggs
40 g Corn starch
90 g Sugar
2 grated lemons
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the whipped shortcrust pastry: mold 24-26 cm
3 eggs
280-300 g flour 00
130 g Icing sugar
130 g Butter or margarine
10 g Baking yeast
1 Lemon
Sugar grains
