Baking sheet 30*40 cm for meringue
Egg whites - 4 pieces (150 g)
Sugar - 300 g
Corn starch - 20 g
Vanilla sugar - 5 g
Citric acid is on the tip of the knife
A pinch of salt

Oven - 160C
Time - 25-30 minutes

Cream for the cake
Whipping cream - 400 g (cold)
Powdered sugar - 60 g
Vanilla sugar - 5 g

Canned pears - 200 g without liquid
