Decadent double chocolate, chocolate drizzled bundt cake!

Ingredients
Bread Flour 3 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Baking Powder 2.5 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract 1.5 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp
Canola Oil 3/4 cup
Water (Room Temperature) 2.25 cups

For glaze:
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp
Almond Milk 3 tbsp (+ up to 1 tbsp more if your glaze is too thick)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place two cups of sugar in a mixing bowl.
Sift all the dry ingredients over two cups of sugar.
Add all the wet ingredients and whisk everything together to nicely incorporate all the ingredients. Do not over mix as it can result in a stiff cake.
Pour batter in a greased bundt pan (10 inch). Tap it to remove air-bubbles.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes. Insert a pick into the cake to check doneness. If it comes out wet then let it bake for another 7-10 minutes.
Let it cool in the cake pan for 15 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack.
Let it cool on the wire rack for 5-6 hours before drizzling the chocolate glaze over it.

Chocolate Glaze:
Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla essence and 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk to create a smooth glaze and drizzle over the cake. Sprinkle some (1/4 cup) vegan mini semi-sweet chocolate chips over the glaze.
