Ingredients to marinate the Pork Belly:
Pork Belly (Cut the meat part into 3-4 sections but do not cut through the skin)
Mix these and brush on the meat (avoid touching the skin):
2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Five Spices Powder
A cap of Chinese Cooking Wine (Hsao Xin)
1 tsp of Black Pepper
**Then wrap it using Aluminium Foil, leaving the skin exposed**

Rub the skin with these ingredients below to remove moisture:
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 tbsp of Coarse Salt
**Pat dry**

Brush the skin with White Vinegar; 3 times a day (repeat everyday)
**Let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 days**

Preheat oven to 230 Deg Celcius for 10 mins
Mode: Fan ON + Top and Bottom Heating
Cook for 40 mins (or until the skin is crispy)


This recipe require very minimal preparation work - NO puncture holes, NO salt crusting & definitely NO messy oven. The pork skin is incredibly crispy with its beautiful puffy bubbles all over, perfectly golden, and juicy texture while preserving its ideal moist in the meat.
