Recipe to prepare a chicken broth and how to keep it. With this recipe you will have an ideal broth to make soups, take a consommé and prepare rice and risottos. A basic recipe that should not be missing from your recipe book.

Ingredients for 2 liters of broth:
3 liters of water
2 chicken carcasses
1 rear quarter of chicken
2 onions
1 leek
1 potato
1 branch of celery
1 carrot
1 garlic
Salt
