Sonic Islands: Modern Sonic Demo

This is the Modern Sonic Demo of Sonic Islands from SAGE 2018. I played the 2019 Classic Sonic Demo and really liked it, so I wanted to try out this demo as well. This shows all the emerald locations (there's only 6 - verified from creator, and 4 pedestals.)
