This Sonic Fan Game has huge potential and I've enjoyed it quite a bit. Out of the 3D Sonic Fan Games at SAGE 2018 thus far, it is my favorite by far. For me, it's basically Sonic Utopia but even better, adding other elements such as drifting, wall running (sort of) and the bounce move, as well as other tweaks that make controlling Sonic in this fan game a joy.
That said, all that potential doesn't mean much without some actual stages that have focused level design and use to some degree all of these moves. Which is a shame since out of almost 3D Sonic Fan Games, I don't see any of them having proper levels.
And I know for a fact Sonic level design, especially in 3D, isn't easy to make. You either make a level to easy or too hard, with not so much in between. And it's not limited to just Sonic games, since other 3D games that focus on momentum just like Sonic... which are a few of them, but exist, have the same problem. Rambling aside, this is a good Sonic Fan Game. :)
Apologies if the footage is choppy because of the low framerate, when recording I noticed the GPU was only used 25% (GTX 1050 Ti) and CPU 30% (Core i7 2600). Being made in Unity, I suspect this game is very single-threaded and my CPU, while capable today, doesn't have that good single threaded performance compared to more modern CPU's.
