Vinyasa Chaturanga Dandasana for Beginners | Four Limbed Staff Yoga Pose is a tutorial on how to do vinyasa chaturanga, the four limbed staff pose, and how to do vinyasa.

Chaturanga yoga pose asks a lot of strength and correct alignment in crucial for the integrity of our joints and for progressing in our practice. To learn vinyasa we learn how to do chaturanga dandasana and how to go from chaturanga to upward facing dog and downward facing dog. This yoga class is a good preparation to learn vinyasa yoga and ashtanga yoga and other dynamic flow yoga styles. Chaturanga dandasana pose is part of the sun salutation. We look at vinyasa plank pose and the vinyasa chaturanga dandasana steps. This is chaturanga dandasana tutorial is for beginners and everybody who wants to make sure they’re doing it right and build strength and ease in their practice.
