This is my Home's Recipe . we never use Baking soda or powder while preparing pakodas . But there are couple of things need to be considered for perfecting these crispy Golden Fritters . Ingredients :
Cauliflower ( Florets )    1 Large ( around 20 florets )
gram flour  2 cups
rice flour  2 Tbsp
Carom seeds
salt
red chilli powder
turmeric
Curd  3 Tbsp
green chilli paste
ginger paste
Asafoetida
Chaat Masala
Oil ( Deep Frying )
Yellow chilli powder ( for sprinkling ) ----optional
