The co-founders of Two Brothers Organic Farm, the Hange Brothers, have a thought-provoking chat with Discover Agriculture in the centre of their family's historic farm that defies expectations. As they talk about their strong desire to abandon conventional farming methods and follow the organic route, their eyes glitter with resolve. They are prepared to defy social norms in order to realise their aspirations because they are passionate about sustainability and protecting the natural environment.
These brothers are steadfast in their pursuit of agricultural greatness. They picture a time when conventional crops flourish in balance with their natural surroundings thanks to ethical agricultural methods. Beyond pursuing personal riches, their goal is to empower other farmers and promote the community's long-term health and prosperity.
We want to educate people about mindful food consumption as part of their quest for change. They want to have a long-lasting effect on the environment and people's health by offering organic, sustainable produce. These two brothers are pioneers, laying the foundation for a more compassionate and environmentally friendly farming industry.
TBOF has trained over 16,000 farmers in organic farming and helped convert over 2000 acres of farmland to organic and sustainable practices, and now employs over 300 local village men and women in its processing facilities. Satyajit's entrepreneurial skills have helped Two Brothers Organic Farms raise INR 14.50 crores in the pre-series A round, and the company has an annual turnover (ARR) of $4 million without any institutional funding. Two Brothers currently operate in Sec A and Sec B cities across India and in 53 countries internationally, with plans to expand in the near future. The company has reached families in 50+ countries and 1000+ cities around the world through its official e-commerce website and app. Previously in 2019, TBOF raised 5 crores from CREST ventures.
