No matter how difficult the idea may seem now, when you get up early and start your day an hour earlier than you usually do, it will personally benefit you and your career, and when you wake up early the next day, it will be much easier the day after it, as all the people who experienced the miracle of getting up early confirmed that they thought At first that they are unable to keep getting up early.
But after a short period of taking advantage of the first hour after waking up in an organized way, they were able to wake up easily, and then they tried to get up two hours earlier than their normal time, and they were easily able to do so as well, because the various benefits resulting from this encourage anyone to continue to wake up early.
