Join me for a mindful yoga practice to increase blood flow to your psoas region, increase flexibility, and help release stuck emotions.

This flow focuses on deep stretches and gentle movement. Some of the poses are challenging (for me too!) so feel free to modify any pose so that you are comfortable. None of these poses should cause pain.
