I am sharing two very popular variety of shrikhand, In this video I also shown the recipe for How to make perfect Curd at home. Using this curd you can make shrikhand or matho base and with that you can make shrikhand with any flavors.
The Garlic Shrikhand I am sharing in this video is very very popular in Ahmedabad. Do give it a try you will love it.
Ingredients:
For Curd:
500 ml Milk
1 tsp Curd
Shrikhand Base:
250 Grams Hung Curd
200 Grams Powdered Sugar
For Rajbhog Shrikhand:
2 tbsp Chopped Cashew
2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
2 tbsp Chopped Pistachios
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tsp Saffron Milk
Food Colour (Optional)
Garlic Shrikhand:
1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Green Chilly
1/4 tsp Chopped Ginger
1 Garlic Clove
5 Curry Leaves
