How to Make Gingersnap cookies/ Mama Boi"s Kitchen

I hope you enjoy this simple ginger cookies recipe

Ingredients
2 sticks salted butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 1/4 Tablespoons ground ginger
1 egg
⅓ cup molasses
2 ¼ all purpose flour
2 tsp of baking soda
¼ tsp allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Follow the instructions in the video
If you want  soft cookies bake them for  13 minutes
Hard cookies bake them for 15 minutes
