ILISU Project, takes part within 100 year vision of Republic of Turkey and within SAP Project which is one of the biggest water projects in the World.
Ilısu Project which has a vital role for our country’s prosperity, modernity and development will establish regional peace and change lifestyles of local people as well as will solve the energy problem of Turkey.
It will regularly procure water for irrigation to Cizre Dam from downstream of Ilısu Dam.
It is a transformation project which will support the development of the region economically, culturally and socially besides ıt’s benets for being energy and agriculture.
The Project will serve to Turkey through aiming protection, development of natural resources and riches and legating more modern heritage to the future generations.
