Hey Everyone, today I am going to show how crispy Masala Dosa has traditionally been made over the ages in India. Basically there are two types or style of Dosa - South Indian and North Indian Crispy Dosa which is loved by most of the people. I have prepared with the correct measurement and ratio of dal & rice in the Masala Dosa and of course some tips and tricks for making it more crispy will also be included in the video..

সোনা মুসুরি চাল - ২ কাপ
বিউলির ডাল - ৩/৪ কাপ
মেথি দানা - ১ কাপ
চিনি - ১ চামচ
লবণ - ১/২ চামচ
সোডা - ১ চিমটি

আলু - ৩ টি
পেঁয়াজ - ১ টি বড়ো
চিলি ফ্লেক্স - ১চামচ

হলুদ - ১চামচ
লবণ - ১ চামচ
গোটা কালো সর্ষে - ১চামচ
শুকনো লঙ্কা - 2 টি
সাদা তেল ৫/৬ চামচ
কারি পাতা- ১০/১২ টি
টমেটো - ১টি
মটরসুটি - ১ মুঠো
ধনে পাতা - পরিমাণমত

ছোলার ডাল - ৩/৪ চামচ
কাঠ বাদাম - ১ মুঠো
কারি পাতা - ৪/৫ টি
কাঁচা লঙ্কা - ২ টি
আদা - ২ কুচি
সাদা তেল - ৩/৪ চামচ
শুকনো লঙ্কা - 2 টি
গোটা কালো সর্ষে - ১চামচ
কারি পাতা- ৫/৬ টি
কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কা গুড়ো - ১ চামচ
হিং - ১.৫ চামচ
