Ingredients:
1 egg (60 g)
Instant dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
Honey 40 g (2 tbsp)
Warm milk 200 ml (36 ℃)
Bread or all-purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cup)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Raisin 80 g
Dried mango 60 g
Dried cranberry 60 g
Form size: 8 inches/ 22 cm in diameter, 7 cm high
Preheated oven at 160℃/325 ℉ bake for 35-40 minutes
