Now it's easy to make a fluffy sponge. You may use Guar Gum and Xanthan Gum to make the sponge fluffy. 💞𝐻𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓎 𝐵𝒶𝓀𝒾𝓃𝑔❣ 𝐵𝑒𝒸𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒 ⋆ 🍰 🎀 "𝓑𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓱𝓸𝓰𝓲 𝓪𝓫 𝓱𝓪𝓻 𝓰𝓱𝓪𝓻 𝓶𝓮"🎀 🍰 ⋆ Sponge with Food Additives Ingredients Eggs 8 Pieces Caster Sugar 200 gm All-Purpose Flour 110 gm Corn flour 10 gm Oil as Required Guar Gum 0.5 gm Xanthan Gum 0.5 gm Method Take a small ball and mix guar gum and xanthan gum with the help of oil. In a bowl; beat eggs, sugar and mixture of guar gum and xanthan gum. Now take a separate bowl and mix all-purpose flour and corn flour in it. Mix it in the mixture. Now take two molds.
