Ingredients for 3 Recipes with Eggplant:
Grilled Eggplant with soy sauce
- Eggplant 1/2-1
- Grated ginger small piece
- Soy sauce 1 Tsp
- Bonito flake 1-2 g
Steamed Eggplant with spicy sauce
- Eggplant 1/2-1
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger small piece
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar 2 Tsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
Mapo Eggplant
- Eggplant 1/2-1
- Minced pork 50 g
- Scallion 1
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger small piece
- Chili bean sauce 1 Tsp
- Miso 1 Tsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
- Starch 1/2 Tsp
