In this NEW Performance Target Series, Travis discusses a warmup for your training day using the Haley Strategic Train: Performance Target. This warmup consists of our acclimation, rhythm and feels/eyes/figure drills.
The Haley Strategic Train: Performance Target was designed around multiple performance drills Conducted by the Haley Strategic Training team. The goal is to maximize the efficiencies in training by increasing the usage of one target while cutting the time involved in re-pasting or - re-stapling multiple targets. Ideal for indoor and outdoor range training.
