Another 10 000 steps Walking Workout today! This workout will help you take 10000 steps and burn over 500 calories. I hit my 10000 mark around 1h 17min, but decided to add one more round just to make sure! You'll be taking 900-1000 steps with each round, so make this workout your own, and do as many rounds as you want. If you want to make this workout more enjoyable, try following the beat! I carefully selected each song, so that you can perform the exercises to the beat! Grab the move from me and just go with the beat of each song!

I tracked this workout using 2 bands (walking mode): Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5
Amazfit 5: 7,71 km, 11003 steps, 566 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 11,76 km, 10600 steps, 554 calorie burn
The only breaks I took with this workout were between rounds. Worked through the black and white sections.
