Stretch and strengthen your entire body in under 20 minutes adding a foam roller to your Pilates mat workout.

We'll begin by relaxing the back and stretching out the chest, shoulders, psoas and hip flexors (all muscles that commonly getting tight from too much time sitting, whether at a desk, traveling or just at home).

The foam roller is also a great way to challenge basic mat exercises like Bridge and Planks. Options are offered so you can find the option that feels best in your body today.
