This challenging dumbbell HIIT workout combines dumbbell strength training with HIIT cardio. It's done from a standing position with modifications offered throughout, making it scalable for any fitness level.

✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Dumbbell HIIT Workout (All Standing)✨

► EQUIPMENT: One Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbell. We're using a 15-20 lb dumbbell.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 4 Exercises Per Circuit (Legs, Arms, Combo, Cardio)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for the first two exercises, then 50 seconds work, 20 seconds rest for the last two exercises)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Squats + Back
1) Hand Switch Squat Pulse + Alternating Snatch (MOD: Clean)
2) 3-Count Single Arm Rows R/L
3) Single Arm Row + Clean + Squat Thruster R/L
4) Lateral Squat Push + Dumbbell Pick Up R/L  (MOD: Lateral Step)

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Lunges + Shoulders + Triceps
1) Curtsy Lunge + Lateral Lunge R/L
2) Single Arm Push Press
3) Reverse Lunge + Overhead Press + Tricep Extension + High Knee Switch
4) Lateral Lunge + Lunge Jump Switch  (MOD: Lunges)

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Deadlifts + Lunges + Biceps
1) Staggered Deadlift + Reverse Lunge R/L
2) Single Arm Bicep Curl R/L
3) Fast Feet My Call
