In 1997 artist Ralph Bakshi
In 1997 artist Ralph Bakshi brought us the first ever adult-themed animated series which aired on HBO. There were only 6 episodes and even though the ratings were pretty good, Bakshi turned down a second season after the network wanted to fire all the writers and replace them with a new team. There was no merchandise released for this short-lived series and it is rarely remembered today. Here is my review of Episode 4, An Eye for an Eye.
