In 1997 the creator of
In 1997 the creator of Cool World, Ralph Bakshi, brought us the first ever adult animated series which aired on HBO. There were only 6 episodes and even though the ratings were pretty good, Bakshi turned down a second season after the network wanted to fire all the writers and replace them with a new team. There was no merchandise released for this short-lived series and it is rarely remembered today. However, I was fairly surprised by episode 1, Love is a Download.
