IU Health Sports Performance and Andretti Autosport are teaming up to get fit for the Indianapolis 500! Each week, we'll post a new fitness challenge and then help you put it all together at the end.

Week 3 Challenge: Strength coach, Tavio Henson, shows an Andretti Autosport pit crew member how to do a correct body squat. This exercise engages a number of muscle groups and will help you strengthen your core and lower body, including your glute max, hamstrings, quads, abdominals and erector spinae group.

Remember to keep your knees over your toes and weight on your heels. You want to sit back with your hips and keep your back upright and straight.

For this week's challenge, do as many squats as you can. Then add 10 more the next day. Post your progress by using #Fit4the500!
