You don’t need to send a signed copy of your ITR-V to the income tax department in Bangalore. The ITR-V, by the way, is the verification of your income tax returns. And there’s no need to send a physical verification anymore.

You can simply e-verify your tax returns online using an electronic verification code, your Aadhar card or your netbanking account. It has become as simple as that. No more hassles of paperwork and couriers.
