Today we're doing some basic exercises for dance kicks! You can definitely repeat these again if you want an extra challenge. This is day 2 of #25DaysofTechnique! Hope ya'll enjoy! PS I had to trim out a piece of this at the last second due to a copyright claim (there was a little ab workout), so I'm sorry if some of it seems to change abruptly. 🙃
