Ballscrew Machining

New Ballscrews for the Rishton Mill. They needed to be machined to accommodate the replacement twin angular bearings and the new Oldham Couplings.
Through hardened Screws,  CBN tips were used to machine them to 7mm, a stainless steel top hat will be machined to hold the bearing in place and a nut will be made to hold them in place longitudinally.
