I would like to share my favorite Korean recipes with you.
I've been running Korean cooking class and food tour company in Seoul, Korea for the last 10 years.
I wanted to share my secret recipes which are both easy to make and delicious.

Vegan Bulgogi
Ingredients
Firm Tofu                200g
Carrot                      50g
Oyster mushroom 50g
Onion                       1/2
Green Onion           1stalk

Sauce
Soy sauce               2Tbsp
Sugar                       1tsp
Garlic(chopped)     1tsp
Leek(choped)          2tsp
Sesame oil              1/2Tbsp
Sesame seeds        one pinch

Instructions
1. Mince the garlic and the leek. Combine sauce ingredients in the bowl.
2. Cut the vegetables. Slice onion, julienne carrot, shred oyster mushroom and chop green onion. Get rid of excess water from tofu and slice in 1cm
3. Coat sliced tofu with flour. Add 2 Tbsp of oil in the pan and sear tofu both sides. Put cooked tofu on the plate
4. Using same pan, add onion, carrot, mushroom and stir fry until they’re soft
5. Add half of the sauce to the pan and continue stir frying for 1minute
6. Put tofu to the pan along with the sauce(another half of the sauce). Stir fry tofu and vegetables in medium-high heat
7. Plate and serve
