STARTING BLOCKS - Unbanned Sprinting Technique!

In the early 1900s, starting blocks used to be banned and instead of seeing those starting blocks, all the athletes would walk out in onto the dirt or gravel track with a gardening Trowel and they would dig holes just behind the starting line that they would place their feet in.
