Tujj / Tikka is undoubtedly the most popular Street Food in Kashmir and Barbeque Street of Khayam Chowk's Imran Cafetaria is the undisputed Barbeque King of Srinagar (Kashmir, India).
Just as the sun goes down the smoky grills of this intersection lits up and the hungry Kashmiri youth bond over a sizzling seekh of Mutton Tujj or Mutton seekh Kabab at this 47 Year Old IMRAN Cafetaria on Barbeque Street of Khayam Chowk.
When I tasted the Mutton Tujj / Tikka, it was out of this world, the most flavourful, fragrant, and juicy chunk of meat I have ever eaten and Imran's cozy wooden joint in Kahyam certainly serves the Best Street food in Srinagar.
