Makes 45 large or 60 small coconut macaroons
I N G R E D I E N T S:
4 egg-whites medium size
Pinch of salt
180 g of sugar
200 g of coconut flakes
1 tsp of vanilla extract, optionally 0,5 tsp of cinnamon extract or 3 drops of bitter almond extract

Also:
150 g of milk chocolate couverture
