COMSOL Multiphysics: How to import realistic MRI for FEM biomedical simulation of aorta coarctation

Short video without sound. Example of preprocessing of real MRI biomedical scan with modern FEM tool COMSOL Multiphysics 6.0. The geometry is imported in *.stl format as Mesh Part under the Global Definitions node in COMSOL Model Builder. The imported Mesh Part has no volume and boundary mesh has low quality. However, there are tools for repairing imported boundary mesh, creating volume and new geometry.

1) I deleted front surfaces by "Delete entities"
2) I wanted to re-mesh aorta surface by "Free Triangular" optimalized for CFD, however, there were small details.
3) Therefore I deleted small boundary.
4) For remedy of small curves I used "Intersect with Plane" + "Delete Entities" for creating new front boundaries.
5) I used "Join Entities" for joining two boundaries
6) I created high quality free triangular mesh
7) I created high quality front surfaces
8) I created new domain for new geometry

NOTE: You couldn't create another component for the new geometry. You can miss the "Create Geometry" execution and import geometry manually in current component - just using node import under Geometry.
