iLok Services Not Running - Troubleshooting (Pro Tools)

If you have ever launched Pro Tools and received an iLok error saying the software is not running to authorized the license, then this video will show you have to fix it (on Windows) When you start your PC, there are several things happening in the background and sometimes the iLok Services take awhile to startup, or do not start at all. To fix that, open Task Manager. Go to Services. Locate the PACE LICENSE entry. Right Click and choose START, or select and use the menu in the upper left corner to START the service. That's it! You're all set to run your iLok authorized program. Furthermore, you can dig in a little deeper and adjust exactly when the iLok (PACE) services startup. AUTOMATIC is set by default, but if you experience issues with this, try changing it to AUTOMATIC (Delayed Start). www.iLok.com www.Avid.com
