Preeta, a Wholeness Coach, works with individuals and groups in understanding their Emotional Prisons and offers to lead them towards Emotional Regulation & Resilience using reflection, observation, breath awareness and vibrational resonance. Amongst the tools she uses are the Power of Intention, Gratitude, techniques like EFT, Mindfulness, Sound Journey sessions. In 2016, after over three decades of professional experience, Preeta chose to take a sabbatical and delve deeper into self-work. Amongst other ancient philosophies, Advaita Vedanta philosophy has been her guiding principle. She has offered over 500 Sound Journey sessions - for individuals and groups, in-person and online, since 2018. She has been part of all-night Gong Baths in Gurgaon and Rishikesh (during the International Yoga Festival 2020).
